1. Can I get a free virtual assistant trial?

   1. ​​Answer: No, we don’t offer free trials of our assistants services. We value our assistants time and yours and believe that the best work relationships are those that involve people who are serious about getting hired and hiring. Our team is in charge of the time-consuming job of finding, vetting, interviewing, and hand-picking the best assistants for each of our Client’s specific needs. We only choose candidates that are top talent. Our Agency plan is all-inclusive, with no access fees, no setup fees, and no additional charges.

2. How do I hire someone from REAL Hungry VA’s?

   1. ​​​The process of hiring a virtual assistant or virtual professional from REAL Hungry VA’s is very simple. In summary, first, you register as a business and fill out a short survey. Then you will have a customer interview with our expert Recruitment Consultants to discuss, more in-depth, your and your company’s needs. After that, our recruitment team will interview and select top candidates based on your job requirements and present you with 3-4 choices for you to choose from to interview. 3. How is REAL Hungry VA’s different than other virtual assistant hiring agencies?

   3. We don’t get in between your communication with your virtual professional unless you ask for our support and assistance

4. Are assistants pre-vetted and hand-picked by REAL Hungry VA’s?

   1. Yes, our team manually reviews the application of every person who applies and hand-picks the best ones. We only accept 5% of applicants into our community.

5. How much should I expect to pay for an assistant from REAL Hungry VA’s?

   1. ​How much you pay depends on the level of expertise you are looking for. 

   2. Pay rates vary based on your assistants skills, years of experience, past work experience, and many other factors. 

   3. This chart gives you a rough idea of hourly costs you can expect to pay. 

   4. $8-10 USD/hr – Entry level, some experience

   5. $11-15 USD/hr – Intermediate level, few years of experience

   6. $16-20+ USD/hr – Epert level, many years of experience

6. How do I pay REAL Hungry VA’s?

   1. You’ll pay via Credit Card, Debit Card or ACH automated drawls bi weekly. 

7. Where do real Hungry VA’s work from?

   1. Most of our assistants live outside of the USA, they will generally work from their home, office, internet café, or co working space in their home city.

8. Do I need to pay any taxes?

   1. The short answer: No

   2. The long answer: When you start working with a Virtual Assistant or Virtual Professional from REAL Hungry VA’s, you are not hiring our VAs directly, you are hiring our company’s services (a US company), and like with any other service, no taxes are due. Our company handles all the paperwork for hiring our VAs as foreign independent contractors. In other words, 1) You are not hiring people from the US as employees, and 2) You are not hiring VAs in the US, you are hiring our services, so you don’t have to worry about any tax forms.

9. Do you offer a guarantee?

   1. Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. 

   2. REAL Hungry VA’s Agency Guarantee: If you’re not happy with your assistant within the first 80 hours of work, we’ll replace your current assistant with a new VA at no additional cost to you. In the very unlikely event that you’re not happy with your second assistant after the first 80 hours, or he/she didn’t have the skills needed to complete the tasks you needed to be done during that time, we’ll refund you 50% of your total pay during the whole process (80 hours out of the 160 hours you paid for both assistants).

10. Who will train my assistant and tell them what they should work on?

    1. We do 1 week of onboarding training then after that you can request specific tasks for the VA to do.

    2. You or someone from your existing company will need to train the assistants. Just like when you hire a regular employee, they’ll need to go through your training and on-boarding to become members of your team. If you need help training them, creating a sales or marketing strategy, or anything else, contact the REAL Hungry VA’s team and we’ll provide you with various options on how we may be able to help you.

11. Are the assistants’ employees of REAL Hungry VA’s?

    1. No, all virtual assistants are foreign independent contractors. They’re professionals who’ve applied to be part of our Agency and have been reviewed, approved and invited by our team to be part of our community. When you hire an assistant through our Agency, you pay Virtual Latinos and we pay them on your behalf, but they’re still not employees of Virtual Latinos, they’re independent contractors
